Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, you must have valid reasons. Those reasons will be thoroughly discussed and declared as below.

Product files must not be downloaded.

If you added multiple quantities by mistake, the price of 1 quantity will be reserved by HeThemes, and the remaining amount will be refunded after thoroughly studying the case.

Your refund request must be submitted within 2 days of your purchase. After 2 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

The policy mentioned above will only apply to the products listed on the HeThemes store and not to the products listed on the other marketplaces.

HeThemes have the right to change Policy at any time.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at headexcellence@gmail.com or raise the ticket here with your order number and details about the product you would like to refund. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.

Once your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
